"Recently I spent a day with a friend and fellow coach back at Henley, where we both started our journey
to become coaches. After some lunch, we sat on a bench and used walnut™ to reflect on something important for us individually (each picking a category that resonated with us in that moment) and then shared our insights.
This experience highlighted to us both the value of having prompts to facilitate reflection, enabling deeper exploration and new insights that might not have been uncovered otherwise.
