
Alison Dixon (Griffiths)
Profile
Alison has spent 30 years in the arena of coaching and consultancy
partnering corporate and private clients in start-up, SME and blue chip companies across sectors,
whilst specialising in biopharmaceuticals and related industries.

Alison has led two coaching businesses and is an accomplished practitioner in
leadership, career and team development.
​
Prior to coaching, Alison spent many years as a clinical and regulatory practice lead
in pharmaceutical recruitment - search and selection.
​
The first to gain a Diploma in Psychological Coaching at Middlesex University, Alison was also one of the first
to achieve master accreditation as an executive coach with Association for Coaching (AC) in 2012.
​
Alison has a Diploma in Management Studies, is a Certified Practitioner of
Myers Briggs Type Indicator™ Steps l & ll, the Emotional Capital Report (ECR™, ECR360™) tools
and has numerous additional coaching and wellbeing based certificates.
​
Alison brings a wide-ranging leadership, management, strategic, operational and administrative background
with Unicus Regulatory Services, RSA Search & Selection, GlaxoWellcome and Xerox.
Alison has been a regular speaker, facilitator and author supporting professional bodies
including TOPRA and PIPA - co-founding and delivering TOPRA’s
coaching membership service 2003 to 2009.

From Founder to Fellow Member of AC (FAC), Alison has been an active volunteer in its
pursuit to develop and support the coaching community, and abides by
its Global Code of Ethics and Good Practice.
